Last year we attracted over 500 people and we received overwhelmingly positive feedback. This year is going to be even bigger and better!

Last year we planned an amazing afternoon of fun and games for you, including: donkey rides, petting farm, 120ft assault course, sweeper arm, bouncy castle, human whack-a-mole, plus a selection of inflatables and traditional side-stall games, face painting, arts and crafts. Climb on board a fire engine with the Fire Brigade and meet our local Police officers and cadets, or just relax in a deckchair under our marquee – a perfect summer’s afternoon!

This year’s activities will be announced soon, so keep an eye on our social media for updates!

Refreshments and hot food will be provided by PotSpoon Café, as well as hot drinks from a mobile barista, an ice cream van and stalls selling sweets and cold drinks.

Absolutely everyone is welcome and the more the merrier! No preaching, no catch; just a great afternoon of fun and games for all the family – and all absolutely free.

Leicester Children's Hospital Appeal – Let's Do Them Proud

We’re delighted to announce that the 2021 Summer Fayre will be held in aid of the Leicester Children’s Hospital Appeal. The Appeal aims to raise £7.5m for a new state-of-the-art children’s hospital in Leicester to provide the best possible care for children and their families.

At Harvest City Church we’re excited to support the Leicester Children’s Hospital Appeal and are committed to raising as much as we can for the Appeal through a variety of means, including events like our Christmas Market and Summer Fayre.

Our mission is to show Jesus’ love for our city and we can’t think of any better way than helping our great NHS to bring the best possible care to children and their families in our community.

We’ve seen first-hand the difference it makes to people’s lives and we’re happy for the opportunity to show our gratitude both now and in the future.

Chip Kawalsingh, Senior Pastor of Harvest City Church

We are truly honoured to have the support of the Harvest City Church behind the Leicester Children’s Hospital Appeal and to be the chosen charity for their Summer Fun Day 2020. We look forward to working in partnership with such an inspirational community led organisation”
